5 Steps to Changing School Culture:
This keynote presentation reviews the key elements in
changing school culture to erase achievement gaps. Participants consider
the role of culture, data, motivation, expectations and accountability
in managing change. Participants are engaged through the use of musical,
visual and interactive components of the presentation. Full day and
other formats are possible for more comprehensive coverage of each
topic.

ID3 Instructional Decisions
Driven by Data: This one day workshop for
teachers and school leaders takes participants through the challenging
decisions that must be made to use data effectively in schools.
Participants create a plan for creating and managing data teams. The two
day format of this seminar allows leaders of schools, teams and central
office to understand on the relationship between culture and data and
builds skills for monitoring and solving problems within school culture.
Participants should bring their student performance data and school
improvement plans. Participants are encouraged to read Data Driven
Decision Making by Marsha Jones and articles by Doug Reeves.
